My Journey
I’ve been a Reiki Therapist since 2015 ,Thai Specialist since 2018, Varma Therapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist since 2022,but have been around alternative medicine my whole life. Throughout my childhood, both my parents instilled in me the important values that I apply to my treatments, such as the importance of integrity for well being. Every day, I strive to both educate and heal my clients, empowering them to live better and healthier lives.

Advanced Reservations
We highly recommend that you schedule your appointments at least one week in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment or service is available.
Spa Arrival
We recommend that you check in at Spa Reception at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This gives you time to enjoy a warm or cool beverage and to start the relaxation process prior to your service. Late arrival may mean reduced treatment time we have to finish on time regardless of time you came. After your treatment, please enjoy the spa's relaxation area, which will allow you to float back to reality at your own leisurely pace.
Payment Types
We accept cash, debit cards, credit card, online payment methods - with proper identification.
Spa Etiquette
Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests' right to privacy and serenity. Please turn off all cellular phones and pagers while in the spa area and please keep voices to a whisper
Guests under 15 must to be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Health Conditions
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment or service when making your Spa reservation. Antidote Spa & Salon is held harmless for any information not provided to us at the time of service.

Right of Refusal
Jerusha and day spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in immediate termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct.
Loss or Damage
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your visit.

There are some services that require special attention when scheduling and therefore cannot be booked online. If you do not see a particular service or your service provider listed, please call us and we will be happy to assist you in scheduling your appointment.
Payment
Credit Card Use
Payment for bookings or purchases on the website indicates that you legally authorize the use of your credit card or other payment cards for the proposed transaction. It indicates that you fully understand this agreement.

Error
If an error is made while making an online bookings or purchases, simply click the back button on your browser and resubmit the correct information. If you receive incorrect information from us in your confirmation notice, please contact us immediately at 9986233391.
No Show
Failure to show for an online scheduled appointment will result in a credit card charge of the entire price of the missed appointment. By booking your appointment online, you agree to this term and condition and to the credit card charge.
Failure to show for a scheduled appointment will result in loss of right to Jerusha and day spa Online Booking Program.
Cancellation and refund Policies
ATTENTION: Most of our services require preparation time to properly prepare the room for your treatment. Preparations may include the use of products. Due to the timing, cost of preparations, and to hold the room in anticipation of your visit, we kindly ask for the following considerations when booking and canceling an appointment.
We kindly ask you to provide us with at least 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations. For your convenience appointments can be canceled up to 12 hours before your appointment time. Treatments and services are not transferable to other individuals. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
No shows or same day cancellations that are less than 12 hours of your appointment time, the service will be charged in order to reschedule. You will receive an invoice to pay online. If you book a future appointment and do not pay the fee, your appointment will be canceled.
For Gift Certificates, 100% of the service value will be redeemed.
For Packages 100% of a single service value, at its regular price, will be redeemed.
Clients with repeated no shows or last minute cancelations will no longer be provided services. Any future services booked will be canceled.
Complimentary services and consultation services - No shows or same day cancellations that are less than 12 hours of your appointment time, to re -book there will be a 500₹ Consultation fee.
Services that require a Credit card hold in order to book the service (such as longer services or multiple services, or any other reasons we would've taken a credit card hold) that are not canceled within 12 hours will be charged on all services booked.
Services longer than 2 hours or services booked for multiple persons that amount to longer than 2 hrs, will require a credit card to book the appointment. If you book on line you will receive a phone call for credit card authorization to hold your appointment time. Your credit card will not be charged and you may pay in an other method at the time of your appointment. Charges on your credit card will only occur based on the cancellation policy above.
Pre-paid Treatments: If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals or treatment areas. Pre-pays have a 6 month expiry date. A 24 hours’ notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 24 hours, or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited. You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.
General Terms
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid or illegal for any reason, then the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect in the same manner as if the invalid or illegal provision had not been contained herein.
